The name Kais carries centuries of meaning drawn from the Arabic word for measure, strength, and valor. It is my family name, rooted in generations of Lebanese heritage. When my father emigrated to Canada, he carried the name with him, building a legacy of resilience, hard work, and opportunity for those who would follow.
